Educate students on how to identify and remedy a variety of issues connected with advancing in rank. This course is designed to educate sergeants on how to handle personnel issues early and effectively. Topics covered include the role of leadership in managing personnel, proactive approaches to preventing issues, and strategies for handling issues when, not if, they occur.
